I remember someone once told me, traveling to different places is like reading a good book. The more you travel, the more you learn. And the more you learn, the wiser you get. When you travel to different parts of the world, you don’t just go and take pictures and say i was there. You open yourself up to a whole new world. More different than what you’re used to. Different countries have different kinds of cultural heritage. We live by different beliefs, values, goals, practices that characterizes a shared attitude. A country’s culture is strongly influenced by history and some practices and beliefs are very much present in our generation today. Our culture simply makes us who we are.
1.) India – The famous Bollywood. The Indian film industry is the largest and most prolific film industry in the world. In rural areas, child marriage is a common practice with about half of the women in India marry before the legal age of 18.

The great wall of China is not only considered one of the seven wonders of the world but it also symbolizes a rich history and its continuous civilization. Due to its increasing population, every family is required to have one child only. In their society, males are highly regarded compared to female offspring.
3.) Mexico – its culture is a blend of pre-Hispanic civilizations and the culture of Spain. Mexican nation has traditionally been characterized by strong provincial and local cultural identities.
4.) Saudi Arabia – A very conservative country and still very much practice century old traditions. Daily life is dominated by Islamic observance. They strictly follow the principles of hijab; the Islamic principles of modesty especially in dress. Traditionally, mean wear ankle length shirt with a keffiyeh or a ghutra worn on the head. Women are required to wear a modest clothing when in public knows as an abaya.
5.) Korea – a country best known for its kimchi; a side dish which uses a distinctive fermentation process of preserving vegetables. It is said to have numerous health benefits. Korean festivities are usually celebrated with vibrant colors as it can be traced with its Mongolian influences. Its traditional motifs are bright red, yellow, and green which is reflected in their customary dress known as hanbok.
6.) Italy – Italians are known to be passionate people. Expect a lot of kissing and embracing upon greeting. It is polite to sit closely and interact while lightly touching people on the arms.
7.) France – The center of cultural creation for centuries, receiving the highest number of tourist per year. Every part of the country exudes a romantic mood making you fall in love everywhere you go.
8.) Philippines – combination of eastern and western cultures. They are known for celebrating colorful and lively festivities in honor of their patron saints.
